Diversity in a public relations agency is critical to its success. In order for an agency to succeed, one must be able to respond correctly to all client needs. It is important to understand rather than just know differences between different groups of people; to embrace and operate properly in the multicultural world. Diversity helps to create unique systematic ideas that can adapt with the fast pace and evolving society. When a PR firm plans and communicates they have to be mindful of diversity to be thoughtful of what they say or do to maintain their relationships and reputation.
